|Plan production operation schedules, establish priorities and the sequence of manufacturing products.|
|Review ways to improve department productivity and drive improvement within the assigned areas.|
|Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees by establishing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.|
|Work with Purchasing to determine material requirements for the production schedule and ensure material is available when required.|
|Work with Engineering to establish Standard Operating Procedures/ Quality Standards for each work cell.|
|Work with the Maintenance Team to establish maintenance procedures for all equipment in assigned work area.|
