Description/Job Summary

Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for a Assistant Manager Digital Content & Ecommerce, at it's corporate headquarters in BG, KY.
The Assistant Manager Digital Content & Ecommerce has responsibility for marketing and e-commerce initiatives in collaboration with the manager to ultimately drive business unit growth and profitability (P&L responsibility) within the digital communities. 
Specific responsibilities include project management in partnership with cross-functional teams and management of web content on brand websites and retailer sites through coordination with creative teams and agencies.  Specific emphasis on brand and product presentation along with general user experience on RA.com, Amazon and Walmart.com.                                             
 

Responsibilities/Duties

Website Content Management
Collaboration with cross-functional team to maintain updated product content and creative on brand website and retailer sites through coordination with creative teams and agencies.   Work with internal and external resources to produce imagery, video, and copy that is consistent with the global brand and the theme/design for the business objectives. 
Project Management: 
Assist with coordination of marketing projects at various stages to a successful and timely execution.  Requires strong coordination across the various teams to ensure business objectives are met. 
  • Assist manager in the completion of marketing initiatives in partnership with the cross-functional teams and potential external partners.
  • Assist in managing projects to add or enhance content on the retailer.com channels to increases relevance, engagement, and ultimately goal completion.
  • Manage all upload processes and procedures in partnership with applicable IT groups to maintain accurate presentation of brand, product, pricing, etc…
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage presence and engagement of our social networks; driving the content, conversation and administration in association with digital agencies.
Business Analytics & Reporting
Develop/coordinate and disseminate necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.  Track and measure metrics that supports the goals and strategic imperatives and communicate to appropriate management

Required Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Solid understanding of marketing mix:Product, Pricing, Promotion / Advertising, Distribution strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and interface with various levels of management.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to keep on top of new marketing / consumer trends and technology.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
