Description/Job Summary

Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for Intern (Talent Development) at its corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, KY. The Talent Development Intern will support development and delivery of core Talent Development Programs (e.g., instructor led training, job aids, technology configuration, program administration).


Partners with Talent Development team members and stakeholders on the design and delivery of Talent Development Programs:
  • Support development and delivery of Instructor Led Training content
  • Support Talent/Learning Management System (Cornerstone) configuration
  • Design and develop reference tools and job aids in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to help employees navigate through core business and HR technology processes
  • Support administration, development and content review of Talent Development Programs (e.g., Leadership Development, Facility Training)
  • Create e-Learning curriculum from Learning Management System content library
Additional projects and tasks may be assigned by Talent Development stakeholders.


Required Experience


Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program for Human Resource management, instructional design or related discipline.
Basic understanding of learning methodologies (i.e. ADDIE Model, SAM Model, etc.)
Must have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Must have excellent computer/application skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Power Point
Must have strong project management skills
