at its corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, KY.
The Sales Operations Analyst supports assigned business units with regards to the analytics, forecast, replenishment, and POS monitoring. The position partners with accounts and internal departments to address issues and opportunities, facilitating a superior
customer service experience.
Distributor / Direct Operations Support
Develop strategic relationship with accounts through regular conference calls and meetings to review forecast, shipments, sales and instocks, as well as any open issues
Accurately oversee the forecasting of products to the SKU level ensuring excellent service and appropriate inventory levels.
Work directly with key support personnel in Direct and Distributor accounts to ensure production meets upcoming demand
Partner with internal groups to identify and track shortages. Take measures to minimize or eliminate impact of shortages and develop recommendations to improve fill rates.
Effectively communicate between key internal departments on service related issues – Customer PO’s, Ship Dates, Inventory Issues to ensure orders/shipments processed in timely manner
Work with sales, forecasting, and customer service to identify substitution opportunities and reduce excess inventory
Review forecast to identify outliers and high-risk inventory challenges from both a shortage and excess standpoint
Analyze key sales performance indicators and make pro-active recommendations
Facilitate communication between all supporting departments and sales
2 years of sale support, sales analysis or similar relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent work experience
Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
