Night Shift -Shipping Clerk at its Montgomery, AL facility.
This position is primarily responsible for Bill of Lading generation for all outbound customer shipments and maintains /scans outbound documentation. This position assists in monitoring shipping priorities and communicates special instructions to shipping personnel.
Coordinate work flow and order integrity with the shipping supervisor, Crewleader and other key personnel.
Control the utilization of shipping trailers through communication and scheduling with carriers.
Coordinate and monitor shipping priorities and special instructions to the shipping department.
Maintain the scanning of a Bill of Lading copies (Huffy, Spalding, Russell 15% Athletic) into Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Maintain all pertinent information needed for resolving any customer’s chargebacks.
Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift.
Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
2 - 4 years of distribution or shipping experience
High School diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in business management preferred Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills Self-motivated and well organized
