Field Merchandiser – (PT) Fort Worth, TX
Retail professional needed for a leading National Women’s Apparel Brand. Permanent Part Time position is available servicing major retailers in the Fort Worth area. Position is part time, 29 hours a week.
Requirements: People Skills – must be able to develop strong professional working partnerships with all levels of store management and personnel Leadership/Education – must be able to communicate and educate one-on-one and to a large group Selling & Promotional Events – must be able to fit and sell products to consumers Stocking Floors – must be willing to move product from receiving areas and stock rooms onto the selling floor General Merchandising – must be able to set product and interpret floor plans based upon company and account directions Communication – must possess effective verbal and written communication skills High Energy – must be able to prioritize and adapt quickly in a fast paced, high profile environment Initiative/Work Ethic – must be willing to look for ways to make things better, identify problems and recommend solutions Cooperation/Teamwork – must be willing to share information and work together with others to promote, support and achieve established goals Attendance/Dependability – must work well independently, as well as set and maintain a regular store schedule Travel - must have access to reliable transportation in order to travel to various stores in territory Physical – must be able to frequently lift/carry objects up to 25 lbs. and walk/stand up to 8 hours a day
