Green, KY The Graphic Designer uses color, illustrations, fonts and layout to visually communicate the product positioning and features/benefits consistent with Marketing and Brand strategies that will appeal to the target audience.
This entry-level role assists in developing and executing superior creative that achieves brand and corporate objectives for the client brand marketers.
The Graphic Designer participates in multiple projects at various stages of development to a successful and timely conclusion. Additionally, the incumbent assists with the presentation of ideas to internal stakeholders and the executution of pre- and post-production artwork.
|Production: With full supervision, assists in accurate execution of mechanicals for new projects:
|Design: With full supervision, development of design solutions and project objectives that answer the creative brief:
|Sales/Marketing Account Support: Develop and generate support materials (i.e. 2D and 3D mocks, jpegs, ad mocks and presentation boards) for Planogram sets and account meetings.|
|Project Management: With supervision, manage project deliverables. Effectively work with cross-functional team members to ensure projects achieve the specified objectives and timelines.|
|Communication and Presentations: Assists with presenting graphic solutions to a cross-functional group in a clear and concise manner with supporting rationale. Objectively listens to feedback on creative solutions
from a variety of sources.
Photoshoots: With supervision, assist in photoshoot preparation.
0-3 years of related work experience; entry level position
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art / Graphic Design; must be able to provide a portfolio of graphic examples for review
Excellent creative and design abilities
Knowledge of color theory, layout principles, typography
Knowledge of current design software; MAC Platform, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
